I live in L.A. and after 7 years here, after trying all kinds of salons (even the supposed ""best"" celebrity salons in Beverly Hills) and my hair was not looking good but in fact quite fried and unflattering, a friend of mine recommended this salon and specifically-NATHAN! I finally decided to make the trip down and WOW! It was soooo worth it! He is a dream hairstylist---he always strives for absolute perfection and seriously cares for every inch of my hair as if I MUST look my best at all times and you can tell that it is sincerely very important to him that I look the best that I possibly could (every appt is like your wedding day with Nathan)!!! (And of course that's why my friend adored him too!) He also is really honest about what will look best on me with such a caring heart that when you are under his care you feel like he is getting you ready for the red carpet even if you're just rushing in on your day off!!! He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of hair, the health of it, how to make it the best longer and how to practically fit your dream hair into your lifestyle (e.g. he knows I'm a career woman and can't spend hours on treatments at home, so he makes it simple and still loves me if I mess up!)....When I walked in there with my fried hair, he gave me really great lessons on how to take better care of it AND when my husband called me on my cell and joked that maybe I could use some help on taking care of my hair, when I asked Nathan to reassure my hubby I'm in good hands now, Nathan even talked to my husband about what I could do to take care of it and help me look my best! On my first visit there, my girlfriend who referred me met me there and I'm telling you---we were both amazed--he transformed my hair and I felt like a new person! Seriously girls (and gents!), he is AMAZING and run, don't walk to see him and make him your hairstylist NOW--you won't regret it!!! Oh and P.S., the staff there helping out are all so kind and genuine and you feel like family there...it's always a pleasant experience that makes it a great trip from L.A.---totally worth it ladies!!!
