If all you care about is atmosphere then this is the place for you. Very elaborate mexican decorations with a trendy atmostphere, I'll give them that.
HOWEVER, I did experience nasty attitude from the bartender while ordering drinks and in the same night was double charged for another set of drinks by a different bartender. There are clearly people with heads stuck up their @ss that work there.
And on top: who likes paying $10 for mediocre margaritas. Most of the genuine reviews I've read regarding the food were about sanitation issues, meaning aside from that nasty hangover the next morning, do you really want to add food poisoning to that list?
