I called the main office in Birmingham to let them know that they were breaking the rules when they placed eight identical job ads, in eight categories, on the same day, for ""Top Ranking Loan Officers"". The amount of indifference, and the treatment I received while doing them a favor, and letting them know that they were disregarding clear warnings to not do the same while posting a job ad was amazing. Despite four phone calls, and talking to four-six different people, and a warning that I would post a review too here, I was treated like I was nuts, and was told they did not care. If you are a current or future customer, please keep in mind that if they can't follow, or refuse to follow simple and clear instructions for a free website, and also feel like they are entitled to anything they want, well just imagine what they will do to you, especially when money is involved. If you are the owner of Shore Mortgage you are welcome for my help. Please feel free to ...? More ?
