I was denied financing with another loan company because my house was worth less than balance on mortgage so I thought that was it I will never be able to get a lower interest rate. A couple of weeks later I got a call from Mike at Shore Mortgage, whom I almost hung up on because I have received several other calls about loans and got nowhere, but he was persistent and he told me about a special program and ""viola"" I got a 25 year lower interest rate loan. I am very pleased and the loan closed in less then 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend Shore Mortgage & Mike.
