Review content:
Don't waste your time on repair here. I called by phone and asked I they could repair my Comfortex blind. They asked for the brand and said they could repair it if I stop during business hours. Upon arrival they said they could not service it and would only do Hunter Douglas. The woman at the counter insisted that no one there would say that on the phone (they did). The funny part is that she didn't even realize or understand the Comfortex was a part of Hunter Douglas. Angry, I left the store and went on Google on my phone. I found a shop called Blind Ideas which was only .2 miles away. They were very helpful unlike The Shade Shop. Blind Ideas were the people who let me know Comfortex was part of Hunter Douglas. If you need work done visit Blind Ideas instead!
