BEST weightloss program around! I have tried them all and lost a little here and a little there, but Medi truly is ""the one that works"". I have lost 42 lbs in 4 months and I look and feel GREAT. It was not to hard or time consuming. The staff is wonderfully motivating and friendly. They TEACH you how to eat well and every week give you great tips on everything from foods and recipes to exercise and mental heath. The B6 & B12 shots give you energy and really do help curve your cravings. I am almost at my goal and I am looking forward the next phases of the program.
