My opinion is that you can do better. They tried to charge us $2900 in junk fees. Shame on them. There's not much ""Truth in Lending"" going on here. They also lost their financing (they are affilieated with Sydion Financial) due to their credit lines being frozen. Update: BEWARE !!! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. We started the process on November 1, 10. We signed our refi papers at the title company the first week of January, waited the required 3 day recision period only to find out the following Monday that they had lost their line of credit. Now they're trying to string us along. They told me that they would issue a refund check for our appraisal on 1/14/11, it's 1/26/11 and I'm still waiting. Ken at TILA told me once I got the check to take it to my own bank to cash it and not to Heritage Bank (the bank the check is from) I think I'm screwed!
