Refinancing our house recently was actually a great experience through Tila in Renton. Our Rep ""Jeff"" was not only helpful and considerate, but with us every step of the way. Even when we forgot to do something he reminded us in a good way to keep on track. It took no time to drop $950 a month on our mortgage. If you are looking to lower your payments with a painless process, I would highly recommend going to Tila and ask for Jeff.
