These folks are awful! Very pushy and very dishonest. They advertise themselves as Truth in Lending Mortgages - no wonder why the mortgage industry has gotten themselves in trouble if this is the company of truth! After listening to a month of TILA promises and getting the run around, I went with another local mortgage company and saved $2700 and got a better rate. My advice: only go with BBB A+ mortgage companies and check the DFI records of the company you do business with.... I wish I would have done this first I would have realized that TILA Mortgage has a record for being unsavory!
Pros: They sound good on the radio
Cons: They don't live up to the hype - very misleading
