Go with another company! We started working with TILA Mortgage in November and were promised an interest rate that we considered to be very good. We thought the fees were quite high, but were lured by the low rate. At the very end of a GRUELING process ? consisting of horrible communication and unfulfilled promises ? we were informed TILA?s lender had its credit lines froze, so they would be unable to close our loan. We ended up going with another local mortgage company. We went with Kiel Mortgage, they were very professional and their communication was exceptional. Additionally, they saved us $2600 and matched the interest rate that TILA originally promised us. Avoid TILA Mortgage at all costs ? they are BAD NEWS!!!!
