Review content:
I agree that this place deserves NO stars! I have bought one car from this dealership. They are scam artists. I too had to pay a late fee at the DMV and get a 2nd temp tag because they could not produce the paper lien release that must be stapled to the title to license the car. I ended up searching online for the previous owner of the car, whos name the title was still in. I called him and he too shared his disgust with Suntrup, but he was able to get my what I needed. He stated when he gave the title to Suntrup, the lien release was stapled to it, so they must've lost it or tossed it. He was able to call his previous lien holder and get a copy for me so I could license the car. If it wasn't for him, I would've NEVER been able to get this car legal. On top of this, I had told them I wanted NO warranty on the used car I was buying..I didn't want to pay the extra $ for one. I noticed, while still sitting there, that the paperwork I signed charged me for a warranty that was a couple THOUSAND dollars. I quickly pointed out the mistake and he redid the form and took it off and SAID he'd shred the other. After I signed everything I asked for copies and was told they'd be mailed to me, never got them, had to call and request them again and come to find out he shredded the wrong copy, which I'm sure was on purpose, so the deal with processed with the warranty!!! After arguing with several people and getting treated extremely rude, I guess they finally got sick of hearing from me & I met with 1 of the Suntrups to get it corrected. They promised to fix the trunk of the car which had a gliche, never did. During the whole fiasco the finance manager had the nerve to tell me ""grow up hunny this is the real world"". NEVER TRY THIS PLACE AND BEWARE OF THESE HORRIBLE SCAMS!!!
