Review content:
I once thought Maaco in Danville was a great place to get repair work and a paint job, and I use to recommend them to family members and friends. But, my opinion has recently changed as my last visit provided incomplete and unprofessional work, which left me frustrated and angry. The feeling of being taken advantage of is annoying to say the least. My car was not completely repaired because of a part, and they wanted me to go to a junkyard, more than 50 miles away, to retrieve it. When I insisted that they should get it, their response was we don't have time. Finally, when they finished my car, minus the part, it was of poor quality. Let's just say what should have been straight was repaired as if a child had done it. I didn't know if they were trying to be funny or not, but at that time I was done. Tell me what I owe you, and I am out of here. Sorry, Maaco, but this store is sub par.
