Review content:
Here is a quick list of the damage friendly ford body shop did to my new 2006 ford. Keep in mind this is the damage CAUSED by the repair shop, not the accident; *Gouged emergency brake handle, *paint bubbles on side of car, *broken window stop, *deep scratches to the roof, *damage to the inner door panel, *dented scuff plate, *dented rear bumper, *and what looks like paint overspray on almost every panel of the car. I would like to follow up by saying I would never take the time to write a review unless my experience was superb or absolutely terrible. In this case it was beyond terrible. My 2006 Ford was sideswiped at a stoplight. Instead of researching a body shop, I took it to the closest ford body shop to me. Friendly Ford Body Shop. It took them TWO months to finish 9 hours of body work. When I got the car back, and noticed, even more damage, I took it to a more respectable body shop for an estimate on the damage friendly ford did to my car. The total in damage came to $2,000. This was more than I paid to get the car fixed in the first place. When I told Friendly Ford about the damage I had found, They would not take responsibility for it. To make things worse, while the car was not being worked on, it was left outside in a dirt parking lot with the door removed. When I asked one of the employees to put the car inside at night he responded by asking me, how much does it actually rain in Las Vegas? For the two months my car was at Friendly Ford Body Shop, it had rained two times with winds toping out at 40 miles per hour. Employees are not qualified to be working on cars, and management does not communicate with there customers. I spoke to one other customer who had a similar experience at this body shop. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, dont let it be yours too.
Cons: terrible customer service, awful body and paint work, took 2 months for 9 hour job
