Review content:
I have experienced a number of issues with Maid to Perfection which resulted in my not being satisfied with the services I've been receiving.
1. There was a no show and nobody contacted me to let me know.
2. There was an early morning show, when they were supposed to show up in the afternoon and nobody let me know.
3. For one individual, I had to provide supplies, train and re-do some of the services.
4. For services on one occasion, an appointment that was set but nobody contacted me the prior day to confirm. Upon contacting them the day of the appointment, they forgot about me.
In light of these four issues over a short period of time, I requested scheduling a cleaner; however, I wanted it done at no cost to me.
A few business days after the initial request, Maid to Perfection?s response was that they were ""trying to decided on what to do."" They also said they would get back to me by a certain day, which they did not. Given they did respond with their decision regarding my request, and it had been a week since I asked, I can only conclude they are not interested in keeping my business. I think I was very patient given I didn't request anything until I had four significant issues, however, I simply cannot continue to spend my time chasing this, nor am I interested in continuing to do business with a company that apparently is not interested in keeping me happy as a customer.
Additionally, services rendered were not up to expectations. They are outlined below.
* Ceiling fans were only dusted upon request
* Air vents were never dusted
* Kitchen floor was never scrubbed
* Glass items and mirrors were often streaked and had to be redone; attribute this to cleaning clothes not being clean
* Moving of small furniture to vacuum floor area was never done
* Moving of small items on dresser and table tops to dust under, was rarely done
* Consolidating trash into kitchen garbage can or trash bag was never done
* Tub/shower area was never scrubbed; only sprayed and wiped with a cloth
* Remove soap build-up from tile, grout and corners; work was never done to this detail
* Services rendered usually required some sort of supervision for quality work to be achieved
* Employees sent to perform duties rarely spoke fluent English
* Some employees were heavy smokers who took breaks often and made the house smell bad thereby defeating the purpose
