Review content:
I had my A/C heating unit replaced on 2 days ago and was without hot water. Because the gas was turned off for the install, the pilot light went out. I was unable to relight it myself and called Roro-Rooter. I asked for the fee of a service call on the phone and was advised the service call was free. I was also advised they would arrive within an hour. I waited an hour, then called again and was advised someone would be here in 10-15 mins. He did arrive within 10 mins after that. It took about 3 mins to light the water heater, then realized he did not advise me of the fee. $220.00!! To light a gas water heater. He did lower it to 165.00, but that is ridiculous! After this he wrote up the invoice. There is a section for work order authorization. I did write that i amount of fee was not disclosed prior to work being done. Beware consumers. I will never use them again.
