Tint Specialists has honored every Living Social, Groupon and City Deal that was redeemed under the rules and guidlines put in place by us and those companies. We have a 96% possitive rating feed back by those that bought the deals and an A+ rating with BBB. Brysen P. wanted us to honor the City Deals without even ever purchasing one and then demanded we tint his car for less than the deal. We financially couldn’t tint his car for $140.00 off regular price and made every attempt to honor the City Deal with him but that wasn’t what he wanted. There were a few pepole that didn't read the deals and thought we should tint a pair of doors and pay them back the difference. Or use a film that wasn't on the special. We as a company make every effort to please our customers. But when we run heavily discounted promotions it is for a speciffic film on complete vehicles. Also all Living Social, Groupon and City Deals were fully refunable if the customer was not happy. We hope this clears up any misconception that Tint Specialists would be unethical or try to scam our customers. Tint Specialists started doing these special deals to help gain new customers and give them a great deal, but because of a few it is making us rethink ever offering these again. Thanks, Management.
