Review content:
The drains in my home had been backing up, then slowing down for a while. We tried liquid plumber and stuff like that only to have it start all over again in a couple of months. So I was looking info up on-line and came across Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Schaumburg and I could make an appointment on-line and on any day I chose no extra charges for nights or weekends. This was really important for me because my family's schedule is really wacky and we've had a lot of family events on Saturdays making appointment times very difficult. But I made one on a Sunday afternoon on-line and they sent me an email confirming right away. Then the day of just as promised they called to let me know they'd be sending Eddie out. He was really friendly and thorough. He checked everything out, he listened and better yet he explained things well. Plumbing tends to make me nervous but our plumber Eddie walked me through all of it with ease. It was also quick! Didn't waste a Sunday waiting or getting it done. Great!
