I had the warranty company coming out to do the repair on my water heater. They called me 20 mins before they were to arrive telling me they wouldn't be able to make it to my house. I waited all day with out hot water for them to call and tell me this. I decided to go online and find someone last minute. I came across Roto-Rooter and called them based on their great rating. When I called the girl was very friendly and understanding. She worked fast to set up a time for me and even emailed me a confirmation. When the tech was on his way they called to let me know. I was so happy that they came in fast time and Chris( badge number 2001) was very friendly, very informative about the work he would need to do, worked very clean and fast. He even told me about a coupon to print out that I didn't know about. When it comes to me needing work done again I will for sure return to Roto-Rooter. This being my first time working with them it was a GREAT experience, I will recommend them to everyone I know!
