came home from a trip to find that the recent flood in our basement doused the pilot light on our hot water heater, couldn't get the pilot light restarted. Called RR and Butch came arrived 15 minutes before the estimated time, took a quick look and told us our heater was shot and needed to be replaced. Even though it was 730 at night, he still was able to get a replacement and have it installed that same night.
