We brought in BOTH our cars for a series of things from brakes to spark plugs and cadalidic converter, etc...
When I picked up my mazda I almost couldn't drive it home... it stalled out at EVERY stop light! I brought it back and they ""fixed"" something... then it did the SAME thing to me... when I brought it back they said it needed a new battery.... I'm no genius, but if every time it stalled - it then had NO problem starting right up again could it have been the battery?
The brakes were so bad that when I parked on my driveway at home it slid BACK down the driveway several FEET after I stopped... and the brakes were ""sticky"" all the way home.
On my husbands volkswagon they replaced spark plugs and wires because the car wouldn't start on rainy days... within 3 days of having it ""fixed"" we had to take it into the dealership to REDO all the work...
now today I find out that they could't even perform the simplest OIL CHANGE on that same volkswagon.... they stripped the pan and now we have another 500$ bill to fix another one of their mistakes!
SAVE YOUR MONEY! We paid them THOUSANDS... and then had to pay those SAME thousands again to actual professionals to REDO and fix the work...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THese people should NOT be in business! we've fully been taken advantage of by them - dont let it happen to you!!!!!
