I can not give them a star rating because they don't deserve one. Oldham County made the biggest mistake ever in making the residence go with this company. I would like Rumpke back. Sometimes they pickup and sometimes they don't. Just depends on their mood I guess. I have canceled my service. I can take care of my own trash removal and not have to deal with some of the most rudest people in the business.
