Let me tell you, buddy, I purchased 4 new tires 3 years ago from this place. Bought the life time replacement warranty too! Good tires but had problems with them going flat. Had one fixed at this same store a few months back, went back to get another one repaired last week. Was told I needed a new tire on left rear and of course I had to replace both rear tires (the right rear had been the one previously repaired.) To me a lifetime replacement warranty is just that - they replace them free. That's what the guy I bought them told me. So I show up after ordering 2 new tires and am presented with a $302.00 bill. Yes, that's right! So when I asked why, the young kid couldn't tell me why. Tires retail for $175.00 and so two would be $350. Why would I pay $302 for one tires when 4 cost me $700? When I asked to see the manager, who was visible in the shop floor area, I was told he was too busy! I left without any loud or boisterous conversation. My wife, who bought 4 tires for her car from the same store called to complain because her concern was that none of the tires would be replaceable. She was told we could get the two tires for my car for $110 dollars, best offer. She was also told that the manager would call me. So far, no call. Buyer beware! I will buy tires elsewhere from now on, even if I do have to pay more.
