Review content:
No hot water on a Saturday afternoon! We called a local plumber in Pittsburgh who couldn't help until Monday. My husband then saw the yellow pages add for Roto-Rooter and called. Edwin came, diagnosed the problem and gave a fair price. He labored and called in Jesse who helped install a new hot water heater. He also told us our water pressure was way too high. We corrected that problem also, preventative maintenance. They worked until 9pm without a peep of complaint due to their 24 hour service. My husband was so impressed by their work ethic, cleanliness, and respectfulness.
