On a recent Saturday morning 5 people needed showers to get ready for a friend's wedding my son was in. While on a trip to the basement I noticed a sewage smell and upon investigation, realized that the sewer in our 70 year old house had backed up. While I was staring at the flooded basement floor, another flush made it worse. I called 3 local plumbers as well as Roto Rooter. Roto Rooter's dispatcher was the first to return our call with a guarantee of a service visit within 2 hours. As time passed I called the dispatcher again, needing to be reassured that we did not have to go to a neighbor's to get ready for the big event. I was impressed not only with the professionalism and timeliness of the dispatcher's repsonse, but I appreciated her ability to calm me down. Bill arrived within the promised time and immediately opened the sewer line. Before he left he discussed preventive and maintenance measures for future invading tree roots. I was VERY pleased with Roto Rooter's responsiveness, professionalism, and empathy in a difficult situation. We all made it to the church on time thanks to Roto Rooter.
