Review content:
Unprofessional from the beginning. After the ""realtor"" and I use that term loosely, toured my house, she spent the majority of the time pointing out all the negatives and saying most people would buy before the rent. Awesome, thanks. Our manager was completely disorganized, late for appointments and rarely returned phone calls. Several parties interested in renting the house contacted me and said that our ""property manager"" had not returned their calls. When the property was finally rented out, they overcharged us for repairs, and also failed to pay our utility bills on time, which they were responsible for. I don't think property management is rocket science, but does require a little organization. Forget about this company. They are disorganized and their ""property managers"" seem to lack tact, common courtesy, organization, and knowledge of what they are doing half the time.
