Review content:
It has been 2 years since I started doing business with Utopia. During this time, they have placed two sets of quality tenants into my condo, they have been very informative, and thay have always been readily available to clarify any quiestions I may have had about the condo's finances. Little do they know, I have also kept in good contact with each of my tenants and my tenants have had nothing but praises to extend on their behalf. I will be taking possession of my condo again. My daughter will be enrolled at UCSD for the next four years. I hate to have to terminate this relationship, especially since this means I have to make the mortgage payment out of my own pocket :0) What it all boils down to is that I am glad to have employed them and guarantee that once my daughter graduates, that condo is going right back to Utopia! Thank you again for the 2 years of great service.
