I took my car there for routine maintenence. 2 hours after dropping my car off I called to check on the status of my car so I could go back and pick it up. I was told that there had been ""an accident"" and that my car was severely damaged. I went back and car was indeed severesly damaged. Sean, the owner, said it was not his fault and that some other car had ""souped up"" brakes and went out of control and damaged my car. He refused to take any responsibility for the damage. I had to call my insurance, rent a car, pay the deductible and take care of geting my car out of their shop. They still take no responsibility for doing 4 thousand dollars worth of damage to my car. Please consider that I simply dropped my car off for routine maintenence. The mechanics of Advanced Auto destroyed my car and refused to take care of the problem. Now I'm out 400 dollars until my insurance company can (hopefully) collect from them Don't take your car to their shop.
