I was calling around about prices on exams and xrays. The very nice lady at the front directed me to a website that I can get a coupon for free exam and xray. The hospitality of the front desk made me pick this place. I get there and getting the xrays done the tech did not say a word. Once Dr. Tang came in, he just sat down and said im Dr. Tang anything you want to tell me. Very rude. I told him im having bad pain in my mouth and I think its a wisdom tooth. He did a quick check and said yep you have to get the tooth pulled. He then said,"" We could pull the tooth now but the staff is going out to eat so you can come back at 1 if you want."" I was like okay and asked if I should go to the front for information since he didnt bother to give me any. He said yes and ripped the corner of the paper bib off then proceeded to walk down the hall. The Dr. is rude, uncaring and does not care about is job. I have never experience such a rude dentist and I will NEVER go back and will always direct people far away from this place. The next day I went to a different office and everything went 100 times better because they care about customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!!
