The other day my garage door wouldn't lift, it would go up 3 inches then slam back down. I called Ace and when the technician showed up (on time) he found I had a broken spring. He recommended I replace both springs, which made sense, and about a half hour later the tech was already finished and asked me to try and lift the door. In the 15 years I've owned my home it has never ran as perfect as it does now. It literally takes one finger to lift and close it if the power goes out. Highly recommended to anyone needing a garage door expert.
