Review content:
Normally, I am afraid of car rental places, hotels, airlines, EST. Many businesses like these play lots of games and don't have a clue about pleasing customers. At first, I was skeptical to even make a reservation to rent a car. When I called to confirmed my res, I knew instantly that I would have a great experience that this location. The young lady on the phone was extremely polite and accommodating. She assured me that I would be taken care of. Once I arrived, I was. I was upgraded free of charge (even when they had the size car I reserved), and was in and out. I believe the same young lady who I talked to over the phone was the same young lady who helped me when I picked up, she had the same pleasant attitude. The greatest thing I loved was they did not require lot of documents and service was quick and efficient. I tell everyone I know to rent form this location.
