Possibly the WORST experience i have ever been associated with....Myself and a Special friend had come to the hotel ....We had a previous stay at Kings Hotel 2 days earlier on July 31st...My friend had made the purchase online using her Credit Card on that date above..when we arrived there was no problem... we enjoyed our stay .. so much that 2 days later we wanted to return...what a mistake that was!!! ...My friend had gone through the same booking arrangements...but to our suprise we were turned away because of I.D the SAME I.D we used on our previous booking 2 days prior. ...this was baffling considering we had been there 2 days earlier.....when we showed them their billing statement that they had generated...they still refuse us access!!! We asked to speak to the manager...and were told by the front desk the manager was unavailable although we waited for 3 hours for somebody in management to help us since our reservation was already paid for online...it was like our previous visit meant nothing to them .. they were not willing to make even a compromise to the situation & the customer service was deplorable since we were not permitted ANY contact info for hotel management in which to speak with ...the 2 women front desk clerks lacked customer service skills & didn't even apologize for the obvious inconvenience they caused us...we thought to ourselves is this the way they treat RETURNING customers?? .... Very cold and not caring about making the situation a POSITIVE one..... So to anyone whom is interested in going this hotel...DON'T waste your time or money on this BS Hotel!!! We personally felt strongly that they are not in the Hospitality business they lack the professional quality of Customer Service to make their business successful!!! It's their loss that they made us as returning customers wish we NEVER returned!!!!
