they came out like promised looked at the fridge and gave us a quote, which we agreed to after the work was completed they gave us the bill which was $100.00 higher. When we questioned the bill we were told oh the first quote didn't include labor. When we said we only agreed to the first price he said we had to pay or he would uninstall the part and leave. but he would have to send us a bill for all his time. We told him we would pay but we weren't happy. then on top of it he was suppose to deduct the $30.00 service call charge if we agreed to let them do the work.......
