My underground rain leaders had not been cleaned by the previous owner for over forty years. John, our Roto-rooter man from the Somerset NJ branch, promised he would give us our money's worth and not quit on any of the blockage. After an entire day of working on the system, we were left with one stubborn clog that only appeared half-cleared. He gave me advice on how to remediate the problem and gave me his info so he could come back and finish the job after I fix part of the problem. John was friendly, courteous and dedicated. He really enjoys clearing pipes. After John's impressive efforts and the delightful dealings with phone customer service, I would gladly recommend Roto-Rooter as my plumber of choice.
