Aug 19 2011 Roto-Rooter Plumbers
Well i had a sewer bolckage yesterday (8/18/2011) and call one of the other rooter mob. They came on time and the person tried hard to get the blockage unblocked. He then told me that he will have to get help from his team mates. So they come back around 2pm and try again. This time his mate of maybe his supervisor tells me that he has to knock down walls in this room and that room to get to the pipes. well being in a rented house i told them that i needed the go ahead from the owners. So all these cost me $535 and the problem is still not fix!! They said that if i get the go ahead they'll come back the next day and finish the job which would be another $135 + tax. So i get the go ahead and call them this morning 8/19/2011, and they tell me they can not get back to me till Tuesday. Now what am i going to do with the 4 of us with no use of the toilets or shower?? They knew we could not use the toilets or shower so how do we wait till Tuesday. So i have paid $535 for nothing really.
So i pick up the phone and call Roto Rooter, They were here within and hour and got on the job. With in and hour the problem was solve in a very professional way which i have not seen for a very long time. The plumer who did the call was John Winfield, John if you are out day thank you so much for doing your job with such courtesy and professionalesem. It's hard to get workers like you who care for what they do. There are not many these days who can go back home after a day at work and say "" yes i got paid to do the job i was ment too. Keep it up John andf Roto Rooter you don't want to lose workers like this. No way!!
All you guys and girls out there if you need Plumbing Call Roto-Rooter. They don't charge you if the work is not finish not like some Mob!!!!!!!!!!
