Early Sunday after breakfast, I went to the basement to put laundry in and I noticed there was a back-up of water in my tub next to the washing machine. My husband plunged and the water didn't go down. We went to the store bought some drain opener, waited and still not going down. Went to the phone book and looked up Roto-Rooter for our area. Thank God Joshua was the man that came. He found the clog in one pipe and after much, much snaking, he also found a snake in the main sewer line that was left behind by another plumber. This other plumber said that there was a problem with his snake, it was stuck but he got it out. Well he never did get it out, it's been in there for years. Joshua was terrifc, very polite, a hard worker and very glad he came to our house. We talked like we were neighbors.....Thank you Joshua.
