My wife and I had been plagued by balky, sluggish kitchen and bathroom drains in our 90-yr.-old home for years, and over-the-counter drain cleaners were proving to be a costly and temporary fix at best, so we called the Somerset branch of Roto-Rooter Plumbers and were greeted by a courteous and professional rep who advised us that a tech would be at our home that very afternoon! When Pat arrived, he quickly ascertained the cause of our problems and informed us of the procedure and cost. He worked for hours in heat and humidity that our A/C couldn't alleviate, and dealt with tight and cramped quarters. By the time he was finished, Pat had opened our drains and had them working to the max! Throughout the job, he remained courteous and professional and regarded the overwhelming obstacles as nothing more than a challenge to his plumbing skills. Indeed, he remedied a problem that a local drain-cleaning company refused to address! As a result, Roto-Rooter of Somerset, NJ, has gained two very satisfied and appreciative clients in my wife and me. We heartily endorse Roto-Rooter and extend our thanks to Pat for his determination and professionalism!
