Review content:
Both our master bath sink and our kids' bathroom tub were clogged. Errol arrived within an hour of when I called. He was very nice and did a great job. Our house and pipes are very old so I think it was a tricky job, but he definitely knew what he was doing, and I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Errol. I originally called another plumber, but he said because the pipes were so old, we would be better off calling Roto-Rooter, and we were! Errol also sold us some good drain-cleaner so we can avoid getting clogs again. One great thing about Roto-Rooter is the 6-month warranty, so if it gets clogged again in 6 months, he will come back and unclog it for free. I don't think other plumbers do that!
