I had the unpleasant opportunity to meet the owner Jerry a few weeks ago and to be quite frank, I would NOT recommend dealing with this business because of the poor attitude and rude behavior that this business owner displayed in the office while I was waiting to pick up a rental truck. He treated the customer ahead of me like she was dirt and talked down to her in front of all the other customers waiting because she simply asked a question about when the truck had to be returned. I almost walked out before it was my turn but I needed the truck to move and decided to stay and complete the deal anyway. He was one of the rudest and grumpiest people that I have ever dealt with. Beware of owner !
