Review content:
We needed service the day after Thanksgiving because the main pipe for water leaving our multiple unit building was clogged and backing up into the basement. The technician came within a few hours of our call. He was very courteous and friendly. The problem ended up being a little more complicated than we thought it was and he spent two hours unclogging our pipes for us. He was very thorough and spent extra time ensuring the pipe with the major problem was completely unclogged.
