Review content:
We discovered last night that all the 'flushable' toddler wipes that we've been using regularly for the last 3 months aren't all that flushable. Our main sewer line completely clogged and backed up into our basement (disgusting!). We called Roto-Rooter out of Boston at almost 7:00pm and they squeezed us in. The plumber technician was already booked solid and when the job before us took longer than anticipated we received a call from Rotor-Rooter letting us know that he would be delayed and to double check that it was still okay to come. The tech himself then called us to let us know he was on his way. He was at our house until almost 11:00pm and had us up and running again! He was professional, fast and capable. Thank you, Roto-Rooter.
