On July 27 we had a problem in our secondary septic system and called our regular plumber. Shower,sink and toilet were hardly draining.He removed the toilet and was not able to determine the problem. He believed that there may be tree limbs growing in the pipe. He suggested Roto-Rooter. We called and they came to our Falmouth home within 2 hours. The gentleman who came was very helpful,knowledgeable, polite and very thorough. Indeed it was tree roots that clogged the system.He was able to
clear several roots and made sure things were draining well. He said as part of the service a different repair specialist would come the next day to place a camera in the pipe to determine the extent of clearing and if anything else needed to be done. The next day we received a call around noon saying that the camera specialist would be at our house in a half hour and indeed was here within 25 min. Another very knowledgeable,courteous and helpful employee. Showed us where the problem is and suggested we jet the system if further problems arise. This is a basement system that is rarely used and we therefore decided to wait on the jet treatment. However, if any further problems arise we will definitely call Roto-Rooter again and ask for Ed or Ryan We are extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service and information we received and would recommend them in a heart beat.
