I used Sudsies for several weeks as I really enjoyed the convenience of not having to do my laundry. At the beginning they were good and delivered a quality service. After several times when they missed my pickup for laundry and after losing several of my socks and a pair of my wife's expensive workout outfits, I stopped using them and opted to go with a competitor. Not to knock Sudsies as I am sure they mean well, I was disappointed in having lost several garments and not being offered anything other than a half baked apology and a ""those things happen and we lose things occassionally."" If you need a laundry service, it's ok but do not send them anything that you would regret to lose.
Pros: Convenient if you get lucky and they deliver on schedule
Cons: Lose clothes and fail to pickup when promised
