Review content:
This used to be a great dry cleaners. But there huge size has gotten the best of them. I used to be a frequent customer since moving to the beach in 2003.But they started to ruin expensive shirts, not having clothes ready on time, and loosing items. The last time they damaged a shirt of mine they became very rude about it. Instead of taking ownership and giving me a credit or at least apologizing. They sent me a statement from some lab (I looked up the lab and they are members of the National Dry cleaners Association) stating that the cause of the damage was due to the garment and not the dry cleaning. They promised me this letter by a certain date. It never came. I had to all and request it several times before I got the letter. Much later then they promised.
Pros: Convenient delivery service, overall good quality. clothes smell good
Cons: No ownership of dameged articles, clothes not ready when promised, Expensive
