Review content:
Buyers beware!! We used Signs R Us to make a banners and a retractable for a trade show here in Miami. Besides costs for the hardware, we paid $75 set up fee for them to put the layouts together based our requirement. We provided instructions for the layout, gave them original photos, and text. We were shocked to learn that Signs R Us told us that they owned our designs and all the materials that we have given to them even though we have paid them $75 to put it together. If we want our company's design, we need to paid them another $200 for the images that has already been created. This is a rip-off and a nice daylight robbery. I have also taken the time to checking with other sign shops locally. Other sign companies all said the original belongs to the customer especially if we have paid a set up fee to do the art work. This make more sense and logical, unless, of course, one is in business wanting to make fast money and rip-off the unexpected. After all, it was created for the customers with their name on it and it's company specific. Therefore, buyers beware!!!!! Choose your vendors carefully and stay away from this one.
