We recently discovered we had a termite issue in my condo building. Tom was great about getting back to me very quickly and set up the appointment within days (over the holidays). He was also very accomodating when I had to change the date of the appointment. He checked in the day before to confirm the appoinment and called on his way over so I knew exactly when he would be here. He thoroughly explained everything he did so I understood what he was doing and why. He was also very tidy and put as much back together as he could (some things couldn't be put back until things dried). He also explained he would be back in a little while to inpsect the work and make sure everything dried, etc. I actually wrote the check out for more than I owed. Tom discovered this shortly after he left and promptly brought the check back (rather than letting me overpay). This was a very easy experience and I would highly recommend them.
