Review content:
Kitchen garbage disposal not working, then sink stopped draining. There was no denying that it was time for professional help. Roberto @ Roto Rooter came out same day, and got the job done. He was courteous and professional. He explained that sadly, my disposal had died, and that even more tragic, my kitchen drain was backed up and needed to be snaked at the cost of a couple hundred dollars!
He completed the job in one day, told me how to do preventative maintainance of the sink, and recomended products to use.
The cost of a working sink is priceless! Roberto's professionalism and ability to explain what was going on was great. Good Job Roto Rooter. And away went troubles down my drain!
Good service, no charge for service calls to house unless repairs are made, and they usually come out same day that you call them. Gotta love that!
Great company, would definitely use again. Hopefully not time soon, but you get the idea.
