I was in a panic on Thanksgiving day because my drain in my kitchen had stopped up. After looking in the phone book I found Roto-Rooter was the one that serviced 7 days a week including holidays. They sent a technician to my house immediately. After trying for 30-to 45 minutes the drain was still plugged. He tried everything possible to unclog never giving up. My pipes were very old and some had to be replaced. Guest were to be at my house within 2 hours and I had not finished cooking.. Wayne ( the technician) was very cordial and professional and very determined to help me. Finally he won. The drain was unplugged and drains better than ever. He even gave me some product that helps keep it that way. I am very very happy with his work and professionalism. I will use Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future. By the way I am writing this under the Pelham site when actually it should be the Perimeter Park south site. It would not come up though and I wanted to make sure Wayne got the recognition he justly deserved.
