I am from out of town (out of country, actually) and I found Dr. Steely by doing extensive online research. On meeting Dr. Steely and his staff, I felt like they really cared about me and that they wanted to make me happy, by explaining the procedure and giving me honest and real expectations about what I was going in for. What struck me about Dr. Steely and his staff was how sympathetic they were to my unique concerns and that they were not trying to sell me anything. Never did I feel forced or even offered some kind of smooth marketing tactic. We discussed my needs, expectations and then the choice was up to me. I felt comfortable and cared for as well as totally confident in what the results would be. I have not had my procedure as yet, but I am fully confident that this is where I will go when I am ready and that I will be thrilled with the results at that time. Thank you so much Dr. Steely and Heather and Cindy!
