A true 5 star rating - Tom at Rocket is the real thing. I had a broken spring and called Tom due to all his positive ratings on this site. I was not disappointed. Tom answered the phone himself, helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and was at my house on time (he even called to let me know he might be a few minutes late - you don't get that very often). He replaced my broken spring, upgraded my rollers and did a complete maintenance check on my opener as well. He even adjusted and tightened my rails. He took the time to explain each procedure and gave me the choice at every step of the way to pay for any service or product. He was very concerned about my garage door working properly and that my wallet wouldn't take a major hit. If you need garage door repair please look no farther - this is the guy to call.
