Tom did the troubleshooting over the phone, gave me a ballpark estimate, offered to come right away (11:00 pm) without a surcharge. His work was fast and superior to any other we have ever had. The charges were exactly as he said they would be and he warranted all of the parts for life. They never charge a service call fee. Rest assured I won't ever use anyone else when I have garage door problems. He even educated me on what I need to do to maintain the doors and know when I need a tune up. Thanks Tom!
